Uh, ok? What’s your question? The closed dates are most likely the various evidence requests that are necessary- personnel, service records if they are missing some, private records identified by you, vamc records, stuff like that. They either received whatever they needed, or the requesr was closed after a negative response (“we doubt have them...”),  or after two requests and being ignored.
