0 Moderator brokensoldier244th Posted November 20, 2020 Moderator Share Posted November 20, 2020 Send in a request o a 21-4138, or , VA 3288 form. Wait a looooong time. LIke months or more normally, longer now. Have a VSO do it, have a lawyer do it, go to RO (if yours is open) and request it there from Release of Information. The Earth is degenerating these days. Bribery and corruption abound.Children no longer mind their parents, every man wants to write a book, and it is evident that the end of the world is fast approaching. --17 different possible sources, all lacking verifiable attribution.
