disability rating

Recieved 0 percent rating for Rhinitis,  i  have claims for headaches and sleep apnea being reviewed ,  what are my chances of getting a favorable rating on these 2 symptoms?  I haven't filed for Gastric (ULCER DUE TO TAKING PAIN RELIEVERS FOR OVER 30 YRS.) yet.

It depends on the evidence in your records, and you will most likely need an IMO (INDEPENDENT MEDICAL OPINION) with a good medical rationale (MEDICAL REASON) linking them from a medical doctor. Not sure how you filed your claims, but the IMO will have to say that your headaches and sleep apnea are as least likely as not (50/50 probability) caused by or the result of your military service or your service-connected disability.
