I filed a claim for Acquired Hemolytic Anemia in Aug 2019, it was rejected due to the worthless DBQ submitted by my Hem/Onc doctor. If I was to gather new evidence that strongly supports my claim (due to Jet Mechanic toxic exposure to AO, Benzene, TCE, PD680, degreasers ....), is it to late to reopen or should I submit a new claim? The only evidence submit in Aug/2019 was the DBQ.
