Question

Nothing but time on my hand, going through my old records and files.  I am on the burn pit registry and have been on it since 2016. How I found out is going through all my VA notes.

Also in 2016, I had filed a claim related to SWA for joint pain, headaches, and other things. We all know how that worked out.

Now with this new pact act, will the VA contact me, do I refile? What do I need to do? I understand that the ball is rolling for some, what did you have to do?

Thanks.

Check with your counsel on that. I don't know how Board appeals are affected by PACT- its kinda outside my wheelhouse. If it is remanded back to an RO for development then PACT would be considered, but I don't know what the BVA is doing procedurally with pending appeals or those that are docketed.
