  1. I apologize. It was 2022 when I met with the judge. Also Nov 2022, I did an increase for my shoulder and sinusitis under PACT. Shoulder stayed the same, got 50 for sinusitis and 10 for Rhinitis.
  2. Update on my BVA hearing. In 2018, I had filed and appeal for cervical and lumbar strain. Had my hearing in April 2021. Received and email from BVA 23 May stating that a decision have been made on my appeal. My lawyer emailed me shortly afterwards to congratulate on the winning on my appeal. I have not gotten the decision letter in mail but my attorney had forwarded me it. I am in the Hondo club now. I was granted so now it's gone back to the RO for a percentage.
  3. I hear you Bronco. I am trying my brother but it is quite a challenge..I am getting closer to that hundred percent but its just that VA is taking so long. Who knows, I might already be there. My legacy appeal is just sitting there. Had the hearing April 2022 now it's almost June 2023. My attorney has done a HLR for my migraines and knees and also new claim for Chronic Sinusitis and increase for shoulder. Something should hit. All of those cars are nice. Hopefully one day I can get a toy.
  4. Some of you guys makes lots of money. With my disability I can barely afford my rent and my old raggedy truck. Lol.
  5. Not to change the subject but you stated you have filed your claim 29 Nov 22. You are one of the lucky ones to have a quick turn around. I filed mine Nov 7 2022, had C&P Nov 29th still sitting there.
  6. @Vync I do agree you as well. The problem is their feet to the fire. The right questions were not asked at the planning of AMA. If a promise was made, I expect you stick to it. If you don't, you are out of here. My opinion.
  7. @Vync I hear your brother. This isn't a place to talk about politics and I am not talking political but as I can recall, Secretary of VA had this great thing called AMA,that was to reduce claims time and help with exhausting the old claims which would save more money. Promised that legacy will be done by 2021. Did that happen, uh no. Covid hit. Now it's blamed on covid, no one can work right? Wrong there is a thing called telework. One monkey shouldn't stop a show. But I bet that they were still getting paid. I know. I was DOD. If they were not getting paid, unemployment could have kicked in. The new excuse is PACT. The work load had increased. But a promise was made that legacy would be exhausted by 2021. Doesn't make any sense. Legacy is still going on. That should have had priority. Some Vets still on legacy have been there let's say 2015. But let's work on PACT since it will not be a large backpay. That way, vets on legacy will pass by then. The secretary of VA failed the promise but had a good pitch. Maybe this is why so much delays. VA says that a supplemental claim should not take no more than 125 days. Sugar Honey Ice Tea, I had a claim put in Nov 2022. Today is May 8, no movement. Called Peggy, same old thing, backlogs. Who can you trust.
  8. Well I had my hearing April 2022. I have not seen any movements afterwards. Just says waiting on decision.
  9. Bronco and Vync are spot on. Even though I am on appeal status, I filed it as cervical or lumbar strain. Both conditions were in my str prior exiting active duty. Reason for denial was str was silent for treatment and lack of continuity after service. But anywho, if I do get granted, hopefully it's for both cervical and lumbar. Above Hadit family is correct, do not limit yourself.
  10. @johnn999. I have to agree with you. Berta was very knowledgeable on cues. Being that Hadit is under new management, seems like she should be given a second chance. Just like a business. Business gets shut down, new management but bring old experience back in.
  11. Great, @Stayfocus@bronco, thank for the information. I just never had that happen to me before. I thought that since treatment was done at the VA, med records would be easy to get.
  12. If that's the case, why put places of treatment on a new claim? Duh. It does ask that.
  13. Hello all, So I am helping a Vietnam vet that has served for over 20 years. This vet happens to be my dad. Did all of his forms, all info. Most if not all of his treatment was done at the VAMC after his retirement. Get a letter today asking for medical release info. Wtf?
  14. @Vync I have been issued the whole kit with Stim probes with ear clips and some type of liquid solution.. The VA swears by it and says that it helps with pain, insomnia, and depression. Will see.
  15. All good info. I am service connected for my shoulder at 20. Hurts like hell. Have done pt, meds etc and now I am doing some stuff called Alpha Stim. We will see how that goes. I was recommended by my primary care for community care being that my VAMC do not have orthopedic services. The CC doc recommended shots which I have had in the past as well as surgery to clean the bone up. I just want it fix. Tired of masking the pain.
  16. Thanks Bronco.. I do hear what you are saying. I have tried everything from a to z but my shoulder isn't getting any better. The good thing is that my local VA cannot perform the surgery.
  17. Thanks again. It is a shoulder surgery. I have heard bad things about those.
  18. Thanks broken. What form do I use?
  19. Greetings all. Here is the deal. I am getting ready to go up under the knife for my service connected disability. The doc says that it might six months to a year to heal. Can I get a temporary 100 and if so, how do I go about getting that. Thanks.
  20. TDUI isn't a bad choice at all for some people. My personal opinion, it is the fastest way to get to get to a hundred.
  21. Good subject here but now I a Lima Lima mike foxtrot. @Stayfocus I am retired. Top 3. I am under CRSC. I am at 90%. My 90 does not get taxed but my retirement does. Am I missing something here?
  22. Every 3 months? How long does THC stays in the system? Depends on weight and how much you smoke I heard.
  23. Yes I do have an attorney. I do understand that attorneys want that big pay but my opinion, to save money, BVA should look at things like that.
