Are IED explosions considered toxic exposures?

Question

Happy New Year to all and good afternoon. My tbi has been remanded then denied at the RO on Nov 28th 2022. It says I meet the requirements for service connection but my tbi should have resolved already. Now it’s back at the BVA and is being reviewed by a judge. I was just curious is it still hope that this may be considered under the Pact Act?

Congratulations!  Dont forget about your "other benefits" such as those provided by your state.

Most states have a property tax exemption on your home, for example.  So, the sooner you apply for those, the sooner your home taxes can go down, or even "go away" in some cases!

You will have to figure out on your own how to spend the money you dont pay in property taxes.  I wont do that for you.

STATE benefits:  https://www.military.com/benefits/veteran-state-benefits/state-veterans-benefits-directory.html click on your state, or go to your state's website "VA benefits" (state benefits)

AND, I think Tbird has restarted accepting donations, so when your retro arrives, dont forget how this site helped you get them without an attorney!  If you dont have money, well, thats okay.  We need people who will answer other vets questions and you can volunteer at hadit, for example. Give your time, instead.

Ive been blessed enough to give both time and a little money, too.
