Multiple Claims Combined Into One C&P exam

I have a total of 5 claims that VA combined into one claim. I got notified from VES I have to do a C&P exam. They said the exam will be with one doctor for all 5 issues which are PTSD , Hip pain (secondary to Plantar Fasciitis) Arthritis in ankle from Plantar Fasciitis ( increase) Cyst Postoperative ( rated at 0% upon exiting military in the 90’s) and Sinusitis ( clamined h yes the PACT Act) and previously done a C&P exam.   Is this a normal practice to see ONE doctor for for the C&P exam for drastically different medical claims ? If so is this a good or bad thing?  Any information would be greatly appreciated

VES has multiple Dr's on site.  I personally never had multiple C&P exams when dealing with Mental health and physical claims.  I have had multiple exams done when it was only physical claims.  6 total C&P exams in one setting  once.  But I guess it could happen.  Most mental health examiners are travelling to multiple locations doing exams.  Guess you are going to find out.

Yes with exception of PTSD C&P exams I have had multiple different disability C&P exams conducted by same examiner at same time and place.  As an example I have had OSA Sleep Apnea, with Heart Disease C&P exam conducted by same examiner at same time.  Both disabilities were separate claims I filed at different times.

There have been other occasions where this has occurred.

The VARO raters have also combined my two or more disability claims into one final decision letter and I have filed more than one disability claim on same VA Form 21-526.
