" Rater" Going Crazy With My File From Bva?

Well stupid is as stupid does. That is me!

Just got off the telephone with my rep.

He has finally, " according to him" been allowed to see my file

"as it is being rated".

Said the Rater just may send me for another C&P for rating purposes.

I will absolutely not go for another C&P.

I will give it all up first. I will not go in that place for a third time in 4 years.

The Judge just made his decision from the BVA March 8, 2008.

Can the VA do this to me ?

He said with the GAF of 40

those two quack psychiatrist gave me

I may be declared " Incompetent."

What can they do to me next because of this retro?

I can't take anymore.

I certainly hope they leave it alone already and just get you your much deserved money.

This does sound like typical VA bs though.

Thank goodness all three VA mental health docs have put it in the record that I can handle my own financial transactions.

Because my last GAF was 32.

I used to be strong until those two psychiatrist took me in that room and wouldn't allow anyone to be with me.

The VA has traumatized me and hypnotized and only the Dear Lord knows what those two did to me.

I do not remember, but I remember enough to know that I can't go back there again.

The VA is making me pay dearly for filing a claim for anxiety in 1978 .

The VA thought they were going to get by with the Personality thing

they never ask the doctors if I could count

money and change and all the good things that goes alone with being sane.

Being oriented X4 I thought was pretty good for a GAF of 40

Knew how to spell the word " World" backwards and all those dumb questions.

If I can do that under their spell, it might amaze them of my true intelligence.

I had scores of 30 and 35 and I was NOT rated incompetent I told them to go ahead and make my wife the payee they never make sense

Betty if the VA orders up a C&P exam and you don't attend you probably will lose your claim. I would go if I had to take a couple of valium.
