Has anyone been or heard of any service members being service connected for mad cow for serving in Germany in the '80's ? They claim there is no way to determine if you have it because of laying dormant for 25 years ?

Va Employees Bonuses
I over heard VA hospital workers discussing the memos they got about their bonus amounts. One said she only got $3,000.00 this year, another one said she got 5,000.00 and the other said she only got 2,500.00.Do all VA employees get bonuses? What about the ones that are deciding our claims? If so, why are they getting bonusese?

Feds Ask Judge to Reject Suit Over Treatment of Combat Veterans I find after reading this again, I must comment on some of these issues discussed below. Kelley My Opinion - like all of us has one. I found it strange that Judge Conti suggested that if Veterans have a problem with “their legal system” and rights they address it with Congress or Veterans Affairs. When has anyone heard the congress step up and speak about Veterans Rights? I did some research about sleep apnea and PTSD and was surprised to know that ther is a connection between both of them. I also cheched the va site for any cases relating to this problem and found to cases in which sleep apnea was granted secondary to PTSD. Has anybody on this forum been s/c sleep apnea sec, to ptsd?
