ptsd Nexus Factor And
All mental disabilities, PTSD, anxiety, depression- unless the vet has receipt of the PH or specific combat awards on their DD 214 must be proven. Supporting doctor's statements of "more than likely" the precipitating stressor occurred are meaningless as proof of the stressor unless the doc is an eye witness veteran and was in same unit etc same time-to witness what happened to the vet. I just posted under Am I on the Right Track a new BVA decision. http://www.va.gov/vetapp07/files1/0702718.txt It is the best example so far that I have found of what I mean.

Copies Of Your Own Records!
I went to the VA Hospital and wanted to request a copy of my health records from date of 2002 EAS to now.....for my SSD attorney basically and for me to copy and put on DVD/CD for records. When did the VA start charging Veterans for their records as they said (to disencourage Veterans to lose, or to have duplicate records available to them) The Correspondence clerk said I had to pay .75 pp.......at 294-300 pages I had to pay almost 187.00 for records....What a crock....when asked where does that money go, NOBODY could answer me...not the Advocate, the Correspondence, not the Supervisor.....its just a bill that the Vet has to pay.....Has this been a topic of discussion f…

ptsd Dav Rep Said Get A New Doctor
Here I am again asking for your help. I have several questions When I saw my DAV Rep over 2 years ago he told me I could only file one claim at a time. So I filed for PTSD. Ok did not get PTSD but got panic attacks and major depression 50%. My first question is my psych doc's I see once a week for almost 2years plus PTSD classes second time around. My Doc's say I have PTSD but the C&P Doc I only saw for 20 min says different. Does it even matter what mental condition you have? 2nd Question I stood in line out in the cold from 6:00 in the morning to 7:30 and then waited another 4 hours inside my DAV's office just to have him tell me I could not file a claim…
