Filling A New Claim After Tdiu And A Bva Case Also Coming Up ?

Question

I was told today that my claim has been rated and is ready for signatures (I am still Hopeful!!!). Since I am 80% now without claiming all of my back issues and nerve dammage until the open claim for TDIU is finnished I am kind of hesitant to file for my back at a later date as not to upset the apple cart as it may be going in the right direction anyway? You got to stay positive if you can it helps me make it through the day.

On my claim that is at the BVA what will the process or end result be once the claim is done with? How will it affect a TDIU claim where as "IF" I did get the IU what does it do do I have to come in for another whole set of C/P exams again? I hate to file a claim for my back as it is screwed up with DDD and the latest MRI is not good. I have an appointment with a Civilian Nuero Surgeon to look at my back for his opinion and I am going to ask him with the Documented Downhill slide that my vertabra is going what can I expect as to quality of life. I am on Morphine now and it does hardly little to help with the pain. I have had 3 increases of pain medicine in the last year for my back. Adios if I should be posting this elsewhere let me know just figured it was good to cover all of thoughts have a good day........

DITTO

Thanks so much I am going to wait till I hear something the Lady at the 1-800 call cneter told me since my claim was out the door to go ahead and apply but I am not into playing hurry up and wait I am going to see if they turned me down for the IU. I have read the regs and I know that I qualify it is just them doing it. I figure if it is out the door I should see it before the end of the month. I will call my rep and see what he can tell me also. What really sucks is that I already have an IMO lined up to give me his view on how bad my back is. I have the following things going on L5 S1 disc is gone bone on bone herniated disc other three above it are bulging. I had been thinking about what I will do to get P/T but who knows they may have made me wait this long to see me swing in the wind like a lot of others so who knows. I am going to sleep so have a good night and thank you for your sound advice..........
