Well I got an email from the gurus at the VA saying my benefits handbook had been updated. Well went to check out what it had to say and kept getting an internal error message. So being bored this morning I opened a chat with them to find out what is going on and got the usual straight forward answer, the site is having some issues and the problem is being worked. HMMMM wonder if they got that from Obamacare or vice-versa?? Then they told me well you get updates to the book you got in 2012 that you should have been putting in as they become available. I just couldn't pass it up and told her well my rating changed from 20 to 70% and I didn't get any updates. Guess she wanted out pretty quick and recommended I call the help desk.

I know a lot of tongue in cheek here but thought I would post this in case someone else is going through this.

for the last several days I have been able to put my user name in, but when I try to add Password, Internet explorer stops working and long story short: can't sign in.
