bright
I have been 100% perm and total since 2003, before that i was 70%. I just got an appointment for a C and P exam to reevaluate. WHY! Has anyone ever heard of this? Has anyone ever had one after being perm and total? What is going on?
0 HadIt.com Elder Buck52 Posted June 19, 2016 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted June 19, 2016 Our late Carlie got a C&P Request just months before her untimely passing and she wrote the VA Under Secretary and the secretary cancelled her C&P...However every veteran is different. I'LL SEE IF i CAN FIND HER POST ON THAT! Do you get your treatment care from the VA? Has a VA Dr notice and mention to you that your disability is showing improvement? and have you had this disability that you been rated for from 2003 concurrently? Has your disability shown an improvement? Is your disability considered chronic in nature? (with no future exams scheduled) Are you the age of 55? If none of the above...you may want to email the VA under secretary and request a cancellation of the up coming C&P..AND LET THEM KNOW WHY! If your pcp can write you a letter stating there's no improvement in your SC Disability at this time or go get a private specialist and let him/her read your medical records and ask for there pro medical opinion on your current condition of your S.C Disability. And also sate its a waist of VA Time and yours when other veterans can have that C&P Space as much needed to speed up the claims process.
