Need more than that, mind was disapproved for the same an same reason from va. I made sure they knew the pain I was in when i Submitted my claim. Has to be something else we can put. Good luck

My son is 70% from surgery he had from rupture appendix which turned into chorns disease . They had to remove 4 inched of colon an intestine .can he claim the scar that bothers him a lot? The scar is from. the bottom of .his sternum To his pelvic area. Can he make a claim for that? Thanks

My increase for my back was not approve because they said.i.didn't show a 12 month history of been in pain.even though the mri showed severe ddd L4.S1. I'm in severe pain everyday but do not go.to the va everyday about it. Any advice on how I should rephrase my claim when I appeal lt? Thanks

Thanks for the reply I will appeal there decision, especially about my back it says I didnt have enough episodes of pain in the last 12 months for an increase, I'm in pain everyday can't stand up more than ten minutes before I have to sit down. Can't do any house work without pain going down my legs. All this was documented an still not enough, any thoughts on this? Good luck to you on your claims.

I received ten percent increase for my knee but nothing on the other disabilities(back.an migraines). DDD L4 S1 is in severe state but doesn't warrant an increase.because the last MRI doesn't show a change but there is a abnormal curve in the spine. Wouldn't that be a change? They also noted they I dont get an increase for the scar on my knee which I have no clue where that came from cause I didnt submitt anything about a scar . They also states I have no scars on my.back which is clearly a mistake because I've had three back surgeries. It almost seem like they didn't really look at my claim. I also filed for sexual harassment an they even didn't mention that at all. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks

Filed May 2013 an they just closed my claim on July 3r, 2014 still waiting on the mail. Need to hire more people in order to get the backlog down, Winston Salem NC.is way behind. They sent my claim to waco texas an it still took over a year. Good luck everyone!

Thanks for the response, I guess the others things from ssi really could have happen in the military. After a year of waiting it stills seems so far away. Why they can't tell you over the phone when they see a decision? What's the big secret ? Thanks once again

I filed an claim back in May 2013 and found out that they obtained a copy of my records from ssi, they are now putting everything from ssi in my va claim, should i be worried that this will effect my rating? On ebenefits they closes my claim effective July 3rd but at the bottom it says appeal is possible does that mean I was not awarded an increase? Thanks Cynthia
