    They all said it would go to the board. Brian Hill of Hill and Ponton said he would reluctantly file the HLR but would not fight it at the board, so I filed it myself and had a great "Informal Conference"! But do to all the naysayers I expected it to go to the BVA, so I asked CCK-Law if they would take on my case, and they turned me down!
