I went with Dr. Bash and he's charging me 10k. I'm on a payment arrangement. I've only received DBQs for flat feet, knees, and lower back.
I suppose because I didn't give $$$ upfront I will have to wait for my IMOs.
I'm fine with waiting. No biggie.
If this guy charged you 10k for an IMO....
That's way too much money for an IMO. Something's not right.

First nexus letter contained 1 issue: granted.
Second nexus letter contained 1 issue: granted
Third nexus letter contained 3 issues: two granted, one denied.
I’m not going to appeal the denied issue because I was granted IU.
Thank you, Dr. Anaise.
I used Dr. Anaise for a fourth (4th) IMO on an unexpected secondary condition.
I won again.
Thanks you, Dr. Anaise.

I ended up using Dr. Anaise for 2 more nexus letters. I'll update on the status when complete in the next few months.

I had a negative C&P report and I knew it was going to be a long fight if things were not brought back into my side of the court. The only thing that could help me was a well written nexus letter. Something that would make a rater think twice.
I used David Anaise for the nexus letter and my claim was granted.

I would like to get some advice as to whether the following condition would qualify as pyramiding.
Service connected left ankle sprain creates thickening of the ankle ligaments.
The thickening of the ligaments creates tarsal tunnel syndrome.
Tarsal tunnel syndrome makes two toes completely numb.
Ankle condition.
Tarsal tunnel syndrome.
Numbing of the two toes.
From what I have read the the ankle gets rated and the ankle nerve gets rated separately.
But what about the numbing of the toes?
Would the toes get their own rating?
Thank you.

The IRS states that all income should be included on your tax return.
If you forgot to report the $650 dollars you made as a Handyman -- you should file an Amended Tax Return.
