  1. hello again everyone

I got more questions if you guys got input. I don't know if I complained about certain issues or complained about them on a constant basis that I still have when I was in the army for over 10 years but I but in a couple claims for Migraines, tinnitus, insomnia, headaches, chronic adjustment disorder MDD, Anxiety Disorder and I am trying make them secondary from my PTSD. also I got Gerds as a primary and I am trying to make Esophageal Condition stricture secondary cause I have a hard time eating. Foot note I also have Sleep apnea at 50% with CPAP.

thank you for any help you can offer

  2. Hello everyone

when I got out 4 years ago they awarded me 30% for PTSD I got a couple questions.  I look on myhealth.va.gov and notice I aslo had major depression and anxiety disorder. does the the va only give you a single rating for multiple mental disorders or can I get 30% PTSD and same 30% for MDD and a different rating for any other mental health issues. it looks like they just say on my va letter it was all combined as one mental health rating I am confused can anyone help.

  3. I know what you saying they are sending me and my wife dumb questionnaire for SSDI that I have been filling out and having my wife feel out too. I think they are do that to see if the answer are different to disqualified me for SSDI.

  4. wablackwell I get seen by the VA only if you want a DBQ you need to put in a increase on ebenefits for PTSD and they will do it then. true story my friend is 30% also he start going down to VA mental health and started kicking chairs and yelling at mental health doctor and he started crying after and that was last week now he got a DBQ  this Thursday. But a key note is he told them he is Homeless they rush your claim faster.

  5. This is what I got from VA 4 years ago and my pending disabilities. I already got test for tinnitus and got it in VA records just waiting on getting my Orthopedics shoes because I got flat feet that cause ankles.legs, hip, upper and lower back pain from when I was in the Army. The key is to get that to 30%bilateral. Also easy increase for GERDs from 10% to 30% just complain about it more often. Another 30% for Esophagus stricture for having a narrow throat secondary to GERDS. Also about 5 more 10% disabilities. So wish me luck.

  6. I put in for the VA to increase my PTSD from 30% to hopefully 50% or 70%. I was dumb 4 years ago and water downed my symptoms because the Military Macho Mentality that suck it up and drive on ideas they filled my head with. I am trying to get the brainwashing out of my head after 10 years in Army and I been out for 4 year now. PTSD is getting worse my wife wants to leave me because of it and my relationship with my son that turns 10 today is not as good as it should be. I have a mental health appt. on Thursday. So far this month I got over 7 appt. and counting.

  7. Hello Everyone

I got Sleep Apnea 50% PTSD 30% GERDS 10% Flat Feet 0% for a total of 70% from the VA

I just found out about SSDI last month I am only 33 but I did 10 years in the Army. I applied for SSDI and was wondering if any one ever got SSDI for any of these issues. I am currently trying to get PTSD to 50% or 70% and GERDS to 30% and Flat Feet bilateral to 30% since now I was told by VA doctors they recommend I should not walk stand or run due to my feet. He sent up an appointment for me to see Feet Doctor to get Orthopedics shoes that he told me I have to wear the rest of my life. If I knew what I knew now I could have applied for SSDI and 100% VA disability 4 years ago. Now I am kind of mad at myself because I possibly lost out on over 1700 extra from VA a month for 4 years which is over 81k and possibly another 1500 extra a month from SSDI from my projected income over my time I have work which comes out to another 76k for a grand total of over 153,000 of those 4 years. so I am mad can you help.

  8. Has any body ever got a bilateral factor for 10% tinnitus. I just got my hearing test done and I look on myhealth.va.gov and notice he add in the report that I had bilateral tinnitus from years of ringing in the ears. I been back from Afghanistan 4 years now and I was thinking the ringing was normal but an veteran friend of mine told me about it so now I could possible be rated at a minimal of 80%. I wish I knew about this 4 years ago. Any body got any ideas.
