I selected The higher level review with the informal conference (Telephone call with DRO) April 5. I checked Ebenefits yesterday and Status says Pending Decision Approval. I check online and what I understand is a decision has been recommended and is now waiting for a supervisor signature. However, I'm confused that a decision has been recommended and neither me or Attorney has Not spoken with the Dro. Btw I'm happy my claim is getting worked. Any ideas as to what's going on?

So I selected HLR my original claim was filed in Houston..I had a DRO hearing back in 2015 but she denied me again. Now that I'm in. Ramp does it stay in Houston? If so will it stay with the same Dro. Any information would be appreciated.

I filed my original claim Feb 1 2013 each time I was denied I filed my Nod's within 2 weeks of receiving the denials. My appeals has been closed twice in error by the va. Basically I have not been to the bva nor has my claimed been certified. However knowing that it will be between 2 or 4 months gives me hope. Thank you I appreciate your response it feels good to know I'm not alone in this process.

Hello I'm new to the forum wanted to know if you were previously approved for a financial hardship in the Legacy appeals process and you opt in for the Ramp appeals would the financial hardship apply? Any information would be helpful! Thanks
