I ask the Dr And the clerks  if VA SENT THEM THE PAPER WORK THEY NEED TO MAKE SURE THEY GET PAID BY THE VA? and I will own not one cent THEY AGREE THAT I WILL NOT OWN THEM ANYTHING AFTER THE CARE IS PERFORMED.  i SAID OK JUST MAKING SURE.

In the Philippines, we only have a clinic. You have an emergency pertaining to your disability, you have to go to a hospital that is approved by the Foreign Medical Program and the VA will pay. But, if it is other than your disability, you are SOL, unless you have CHAMPVA.
