betrayed Posted May 6, 2007 Share Posted May 6, 2007 I use a full face because I breath through my mouth due to a deviated septum, cant get enough air through my nose. Because of air leaks I kept making it tighter and tighter which caused a lot of problems. Most put the mask on sitting up and than lay down making the mask even tighter. I sleep like a log now and don't snore either. However I usually do not go to sleep till 2 or 3 in the morning. If I go sooner I can't sleep. If you have sleep apnea and if you can get used to it the CPAP is the best thing since melted butter. Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.
