Question

I just did it and I regret I did-

some of us here I think-are getting a little ticked at this-

read the past posts-

I simply am not going to answer anyones question again-if I already did.

it can be found in the search feature.

Not mad at anyone just that we are volunteers here doing our best-

I dont do any hand holding and have limited time for this forum.

Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was

simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we."

Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.

LOL

I have found my education to be of limited use when dealing with the VA.

They seem to have a different kind of logic that would scare even the most fearless critical thinking professor.

I don't always know exactly what " Question" to ask the " Search" . I don't know the VA Terminology.

I guess I do not have as much education as most of you guys do.

I do offer my apology if I have ask the same question more than once.

Free,

I have been to the Search on Hadit for "Writ of Mandamus".

Do you have any suggestions on how to write one.

Check out the example on the search site and see if we can pull this one off.

Comments welcome

JECS -it wasnt you -they know who they are-and I am not mad at all-

and I mis-spoke-

it was one vet and a widow. sorry bout that-

I only have 3 weeks before I return to school-have a list of all the home maintainence that needs to be finished and countless other things to do also- and I just see my time

slipping away for other reasons-that is why I mentioned this-

By the way not on Bear Mountain-but high up in the Allegenys- and the closest I got to a bear lately was last week- he has been eating my neighbors berries and he went onto my other neighbors porch and ripped the hummingbird liquid feeder open and drank it all and then he left.

Another neighbor on the other hill has a picture of a bear nuzzling a ewe 's nose (female sheep)over a one strand electric fence in her front yard and she preserved the same bears paw prints on their front door with spray on coating for all to see.

The rule in the hills here is dont get between a female bear and her cubs and they then usually dont bother anyone.I cant tell who is male or female though.

We all have guns but it is against law to shoot them if not hunting season and everyone loves the wildlife anyhow-I guess if someone felt threatened by a bear= they could fire off some shots and scare them off.

If they had a gun with them. Mine are always in the house.

The bears are always outside. :D

Now I KNOW I have done this -- well maybe not over and over - but started a new thread on something there was already a thread on.

Sometimes the thread has shifted and changed so it is no longer about what the thread was about. So once the discussion has moved far away from what I originally posted - if I had further questions - I would start a new thread.

Or sometimes I have done kind of a spin off thread. If someone else starts a thread - and I have a similar issue - I have started a thread of my own --rather than ask questions on my claim on someone else's thread.

I guess I am not sure of what the protocol is on this issue.

I certainly appreciate all the help I have received. And I am certainly willing to do the work on my own claim. I know I can be aggravating sometimes because I want to completely understand things - and sometimes I misinterpret things -- especially if I am missing some pieces.

But I am in here trying to figure it all out.

My pet peeve is when people start a new thread over and over on the same subject or answer a post with a new thread.
