6:30 EST Wed nights and they have many other shows geared to vets, active military, etc. during the week.

The show is from Iowa with limited access by radio for most of the country-

But the Sattelite radio might pick it up.

Also at the SVR web site all of the past shows are in archives and it will be taped and put there by link-

You can go to stardustradio.com and listen to the shows live. They have some GREAT programs fors Veterans info and active duty Military support. You can read about any show. United we Roll, VFVC (Veterans For Veterans Connection), Talking with Heroes, and SVR are all good. I look forward to listening to the show. Make sure you talk about offsets with 1151 claims if a FTC is filed. Remember you helped me to find the regulations of when an offset is applicable and when it is not applicable. Everyone read about Mandatory full funding for the VA under the VFVC show.

Yes- I recall that and I only hope that I can even get to the FTCA and offset part-

the hour goes too fast- the SVR host Jerrel is hoping we can get more air time eventually.

I am calling the Regional Counsel-VA- Jeff ---up here in NY as soon as lunch hour at VA is over to see if he will listen and call in on this show Wednesday or consider being a guest and go over from VA counsel's perspective the entire FTCA scenario.

So far the VA has not responded to any requests for being on the show.I dont know who they asked.

If they want -I could ask the Sec. if he would be a guest host.

We certainly dont want anyone from VA to feel hostile vets would call in and give them a hard time-

it would help give all the listeners the VA's perspective and it would be great to have VA people on the shows too.

I usually constantly gripe about them but the VA does do wonderful things too.

I just talked to NY VA Regional Counsel and he is is checking out SVR right now and might call in Wednesday to my show-or be willing to even do a show on Section 1151 claims and FTCA from VA's perspective-in the future ----

Also he is going to see if someone at VA Buffalo would be able to host a show regarding the entire claims process at the RO level as to what they do. It would be GREAT!
