Claim Status What Do You Think

Morning all,

Called the 1 800 yesterday and told my claim was back at Rating Board and had been there since 7/3. But for the last two weeks when calling it has been at the Post Detrmination team since 7/9. Any ideas why it would be back at the Rating board, with a date of 7/3 the claim originaly went to the board on 5/29? There is 13 items on the claim, 3 that was inferred from my C&P. 10 items were already SC

The Post determination team may have caught an error and kicked it back to the rating board.

This happens quite often. They may pass it back and forth many times.

A good bet is to call your POA rep at the RO and have them find out what is going on and why they are playing catch with your claim?

It should not be too much longer.

I would think maybe the inferred claims have generated the rating board to have the claim again.

My claim has been in the rating board since July too--- July 2006- ;)
