mountain tyme Posted August 26, 2007 Share Posted August 26, 2007 Just an update...I received my decision from the VA today regarding my Service Connected disabiltiy based on MST...they increased my rating (made on Jan 2007) of 50% to 70% unemplyability and granted me P/T with no further evaluations required. The VA included quite a few forms along with the Chapter 35 information. Since my Son began College Last Monday...(his freshman year) this in itself is a blessing. I've had the same rating for 8 years now and can not imagine how I would get along without the compensation. Guard that award.
