bobbyq Posted September 28, 2007 Share Posted September 28, 2007 If you have a BVA decision that is mirrored to your case you should submit it ASAP, do not wait and then spend months waiting for the VA. If you the case is like yours you use a 21-44138 and present your case and then say see attached BVA Decision, put the docket number down and the year of the decision. Good luck.
