Hi All,

Well, the " Rating Specialist has made their decision on my claim at the AMC, September the 4th and it has been with the " Rating Supervisor" since September 15, waiting for her to sign the form.

Is there anyway that I can get her to put her John Henry on it and give me an answer.

I ask Lidel today and he said that the decision has definitely been made and that no papers have been mailed to me.

Anyone know of anyone to call.

Thanks,

Josephine

Josephine - I will be praying for you. I am glad they made a decision for I know they have drug you through some pretty deep mud holes over your claim. Cross your fingers and pray a lot my dear lady.

They would not tell me either...so I called the 800 number and asked they what my percent was at the present time...almost dropped the phone...2 weeks later I received my decision in the mail!

Manitou Sprgs,

Thanks so much, but it isn't over yet. I will believe that I received a grant when I see something definite.

You ask how long this has taken me.

I have been at the Appeals Management Center since April 2006, which would put this at 18 months.

I would consider this very slow, considering that I advanced on the BVA boards docket.

What do you think?
