Berta Posted November 2, 2007 Share Posted November 2, 2007 (edited) CUE is a clear and unmistakable Error in a final unappealed decision that -had the CUE not occurred, would have provided the veteran with more retro/comp etc. Under the search feature here at top of page there is considerable info on CUE claims. If you file a CUE claim-you must identify the final decision and what legal errors it contained that occurred and it must have cost you compensation. Edited November 2, 2007 by Berta GRADUATE !
