The VARO increased me from 50% vestibular dysfunction to 100% schedular for meneirs disease. Failed to rate me as P&T so no Champva for spouse which pisses me off royaly, Doc suggested removal of skull bone and complete ear guts. Cannot guarantee I wouldnt only turn right for rest of my life...

should get 4 months back pay due to some crazy rule to do with year in time??

Arch

You can appeal the denial of Chapter 35 benefits and keep the effective date. I did that and got Chapter 35 one year after IU.

Arch:

It may not seem like it but 100% is hard to get from VA. Hang in there.

I would fight for the P & T Arch-

there is no guarantee on that type of surgery-

With a good IMO from a real audio doctor- this could help you get the P & T.

GRADUATE ! Nov 2nd 2007 American Military University !

When thousands of Americans faced annihilation in the 1800s Chief

Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was

simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we."

Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.

Thats Correct Berta, no guarantee, I have had 4 surgeries so far and only the TIPS stent went well all the rest had other complictions. Its hard enough walking into walls, falling and knocking things down now. I Just dont trust "modern medicine". Im working on my approach NOW. At My senior age and with all my medical problems Surgery is not an option & Forget the Gentamycin injection in the ear. Tinnitus is bad enough now, Imagine turning the whistling into a roaring turbine....
