Question

Just wanted to let everyone know the " Judge" at the BVA

has made his decision and I have been assured the envelope was mailed

out today.

I was also told my claims file is boxed and on its' way to

Hungtington, West Va. for its final rest.

I made a few friends at the Directors office and was told this

information.

If it is success, I will post in that column.

Always,

Betty

If they are boxing it up that means you won. At least I hope so.

Good Luck no one should have to fight this hard to get an earned benefit.

Pete

Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.

Wow!! Cool

A decision finally.

The evidence is there and if the judge read it, then it should be a grant.

Our prayers are with ya

Happy Trails

When I count my blessings I count my family and friends twice.

If you don't know where you are going, any road will get you there.

Well done is better than well said.

Pete,

That is what I have been told. I will wait until I receive the

letter. It is a little hard to believe it when

someone says, " You received everything you ask for".

Sure would be nice if that is true. We will see.

Considering I was told everything by the AMC, I will believe it when

I see it.

Now, that I have Dr. Crowley's IME, the VA does know "I think nothing

of taking this to court."

I also made sure I sent the Judge a copy of each of the medical

records from that woman shrink and a copy also of its' revised

changed version.

He could see for himself, how someone altered the records on the

computer.

Thanks for your support through out this long process.

Now we will see if they pay back to my first filing date of 1978 and

how the non service connected pension comes into play.

When the VA awarded it to me and denied due to excessive, they knew I

would never collect a dime of that money.

It might be hard to get around the 100% disabled due to anxiety with

depression and unemployable to 1983.

I don't think they can make me less disabled than they have already

declared me.

Always,

Betty

Paul,

Yes, the decision is in. I will let everyone know just as soon as the

letter arrives.

I do believe this Judge read it all.

Thanks a bunch!
