Increase is always effective 1 December, and shows up in the 2 January check.

If you snooze you loose. I actually like this Board because it moves fast, you can ignore people who annoy you, it seems to have fewer time outs and hang up problems and T-Bird chose it.

Hang in there Wings it will get better.
