A good one !!!!- I just hope they rate this properly.

GRADUATE ! Nov 2nd 2007 American Military University !

When thousands of Americans faced annihilation in the 1800s Chief

Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was

simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we."

Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.

Yes, I think this is good news for you.

I never knew Meniers could be connected with a nexus as secondary to tinnitis.

So this gives you a nexus either way, thats good.

Could you please post the rationale that the rater used for this? MN is not a disease that is secondary to tinnitus. Rather, tinnitus is a symptom of MN. What kind of dr. performed the C&P exam? I also suffer from MN, and I am attempting to get tinnitus sc'd for the second time ( I think I have it locked in this time). The details of your claim and rating decision could be very beneficial to many of us here at Hadit.

Congratulations.
