Question

I know a few that has done this. I'm calling my US Congressman on Monday to ask for help on my compensation processing. He is Marion Berry from Arkansas District 1. I sure hope it makes a difference. I keep getting different answers each time I call the RO and the 800 827 1000. I have posted before reference my hardship. Hopefully, the plitician will help. Any suggestions regarding doing this? <_<

When I got out of the Army in 1979,I used my congressman to assist me in getting my 40%SC. VA have a backlog in the 100,000 of veterans for SC. I have be waiting for over a year now. Call your congressperson for help if you think it would help. I wish you luck with your claims.

I have done this in the past and I am sorry to say I learned a very important lesson from this, when a politician makes any inquiry into your claim it is pulled out of the cue, the politicians letter is answered and then your folder goes back in the cue but, not where it was, it goes on the bottom of the pile and you will wait that much longer. Think twice before you call a Congressman out of frustration.
