Question

My Boss AKA wife thru out my DD form 215 without knowing what is was. You know how wifes can be when the get in a cleaning frenzy. So I went to the website filled out the form and the NPC says they do not have any record of it on file. Now I rememebr reading somewhere that after a certian date the AF was keeping there own records. Anybody have an idea where to go to next?

There has got to be a record somewhere. Keep trying. When you write ST. Louis they say no record? If the DD215 replaces the DD214 there should be a record.

Did anyone happen to look at the advertisements above? Well there happens to be one for replacing the DD214-DD215. Just click on the link above and see where it leads you.

Seems to me NPRC should have your DD 215! They issued mine after the AFBCMR.

Did you request this Form using their on-line submission?
