I think at this time, this is the best that I am going to get.

I will have go back after them later.

As always, not what I wanted.

If anyone can figure the approx. amt of retro, please post.

1992- 1997 - 10%

1997-2005 - 50%

2005- 2008 - 70%

I guess they will include my husband also.

Thanks and Always Appreciate,

Betty

Hello Betty dear, just a thought, did you have any other 'family members aka dependents' supported by you in '97, they would count also. Also, do check out possible VA reimbursements for 'sc conditions' treatments prior to the decision date? Maybe someone else here can chime in.

Best to ya,

cg

Thanks C.G and all,

This statement is what is nagging at me.

Effective June 26, 2003, we have granted you a non service connected

pension.

You are unable to secure and follow substantially gainful occupation.

You are 59 years old, have a level of education reported as high

school, and last worked in 1983. The evidence shows you to be

disabled due to his disabilities of chronic anxiety/depression; 50%

headaches 10%; Vestibular condition/inner ear condition 30%,

degenerative disc disease L-4- L5 and L-5-S1 10& diabetes 20%;

hypothyroidism 10%;ischemic attack 10%; rheumatic heart disease 0%;

ortho-static hypotension 0%.

Sound to me like they are saying, " You are Unemployable"?

Guess not?

Always Appreciate,

Betty

Betty, that statement is indeed interesting. Are any of the listed conditions now service connected? or maybe I missed something.

C.G.

It was the Chronic Anxiety with Depression I was able to service connect and granted by the BVA Judge March 4, 2008 with retro back to their first filing date of 1992.

The Headaches I have stayed low on for I filed a NOD at the same time to include

1. Chronic Anxiety with Depression

2. Headaches.

The VA has dropped the ball on the headaches.

Thanks and always appreciate,

Betty
