Anyone Had Trouble Hearing From Dr. Bash?

Rate this question

Question

I sent Dr. bash an email almost 2 weeks ago asking if he had any update on my file as he had cashed my check almost a month before at that point. I haven't heard anything back from Dr. Bash yet in reply. I was just wondering if anyone has had the same type of situation recently. I have checked the tracking number for the pre-paid return lable I sent him (for me xrays/ MRI's) and it doesn't show anything being set yet.

Just wondering if anyone has a timeframe or anything for his services.

I used Dr. Bash for his 4-figure fee concerning knee back conditions. I found it did take alot longer than he anticipated. The opinion was well written and helpful. The VARO downplayed his opinion (of course) as a non examining physician---however, BVA appeared to give him more credit. When I received Dr. Bash's opinion, I moved lateral obtaining local actual exam opinion to support Dr. Bash--which worked. *Remember, all good things in life take time---especially VA Appeals. VARO's are well aware of Dr. Bash.

Hello VMO,

for an IMO(Independent Medical Opinion) there is only an examination of your records. The last IMO the BVA used to deny my claim, came from the east coast. I live on the west coast.

For an IME, (Independent Medical Examination) a physical examination and an examination of records is performed.

The VA will always, always try to misrepresent the meaning of the law in their denials, SOC's. These are the bricks the long road of remands are paved with.
