is it Post-Determination and if so what is the approx time to hear a decision fromthem

Depends on how backed up your VARO is, how many employees are scheduled for vacation, who calls off sick and when, if your file gets mis-placed, might even depend on if the employees can afford gas to get to work.

Actually it goes to the "POA Table" prior to the "Post Team" if you are represented by a service organization. Your copy is mailed out after the "POA Review" and prumolgation by the "Post Team".

I had a claim for compensation from Fee Base and the guy working on it threw it in the trash because he was mad. The head guy at Fee Base admitted it to me. They quickly paid my claim. The guy basically told me if I just kept my mouth shut they would pay.
