Thanks Rich Well after a few calls I was shocked to see the C&P is for my left foot that was worked on over 2 years while on active duty rated a 0%. Here is the shocker I am presently waiting on a DRO review " the sit down variety" but I think you guys here put My NOD together a little to well and pounced on it and at this point I'm told to expect a decision on that part any time because they were looking at it at this time and it takes about month and a half. I was turning some evidence in 2 weeks ago and decided after talking to a member to go ahead and add my left foot while I was in there (2 weeks ago) I just received a notice of a C&P for the 30 of this month.
