vetsvet Posted April 15, 2009 Share Posted April 15, 2009 my claim has just finished at the raters for ptsd and a few other sc conditions. was told that it was at the post determination awaiting signatures. is this normal and does it take long? 121212 Posted April 22, 2009 Share Posted April 22, 2009 I had 4 NODS back in march of 2008, I called them in Jun of 2008 and was told the clams were being worked called back Aug 2008 and was told they had never received the NODS, had to take my file from the local county office to the regional office to prove I had filed the clams, got a C&P for back, no other clam, received rating for 2 clams in Jan of 2009. Waiting for the other clams to come back at this time and one of the claims I am waiting on is my back , also had to file for temp 100% for surgery, I had on one of the clams they are working now.
