Berta
hard to say how long but maybe weeks or month instead of years- If you fully complied with the VCAA letters they sent to you and sent them all evidence they asked for- hopefully you will get a good decision. One never knows what to expect with the VA- It used to be that "authorization signatures" meant an award was coming - 3 signatures meant award with retro 25,000 thousand or over- now it seems to take 3 signatures to get a denial. GRADUATE ! Nov 2nd 2007 American Military University ! When thousands of Americans faced annihilation in the 1800s Chief Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we." Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.

carlie
vetsvet, Just to ensure VA will not disappoint you I will speculate my prediction. I see in my crystal ball, VA will grant an increase in your SC'd disabilities by 5 percent - with an effective date of April 1, 2020 - date to begin receiving your increase in compensation, should hit your bank account by October 31, 2025. I feel in providing this prediction - VA will not disappoint you. ;) - Hang in there, carlie Carlie passed away in November 2015 she is missed.
