My software firewall is probably the issue.I think it has something to do with my son downloading pictures from the smartphone?. Any suggestions based on the above information will be appreciated. Kiddo here locked up the ipod/itouch (not phone), currently says ipod is disabled try again in 4936435 minutes. Tried every trick in the book or on the internet so far, can't get the thing unlocked. Eric_M Posted October 6, 2009 Share Posted October 6, 2009 darn, was hoping the router was the issue. Firewalls are fun, you've got the windows firewall, and sometimes your antivirus has one also. I've always had problems trying to get into them. Start in the control panel for window firewall, then you can open up your antivirus, and look for firewall. I assumed you tried rebooting your computer (turn it off, then back on) sometimes that's an easy fix.
