C&p Report Question

Question

All,

I got the results from my C&Pexams for TBI, Back & Neck,and noticed that the PRIORITY OF EXAM: is for an Incease. Why would Increase be the priority if these are initial exams. Any input would be appreciated.

The only way to get relief from this scenario is to somehow find a CUE.

Maybe the Cue experts will look into it and chime in.

A CUE is a very hard thing to prove. How the evidence was weighed is not a cue according to the Regs.

Residuals of an auto accident vague to say the least. You have to go after specified conditions caused by the auto accident.

Do you have any medical documentation such as Xray reports on your back from the hospital?
