HadIt.com Elder LarryJ Posted October 22, 2009 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted October 22, 2009 G-d, but I do miss Alex! "It is cold and we have no blankets. The little children are freezing to death. My people, some of them, have run away to the hills, and have no blankets, no food; no one knows where they are-perhaps freezing to death. I want to have time to look for my children and see how many of them I can find. Maybe I shall find them among the dead. Hear me, my chiefs! I am tired; my heart is sick and sad. From where the sun now stands, I will fight no more forever." Chief Joseph

If you search online under Kenneth Carpenter AND Federal Circuit you will find many cases that Kenneth Carpenter has argued to the federal circuit. Although I can't attest he'll win your case, he has appealed quite a few cases to the federal circuit.

HadIt.com Elder Pete53 Posted October 27, 2009 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted October 27, 2009 akwidow: I think he is the best but that is my opinion. Its to bad you were not here a few years ago and than I would have said Alex Humpfrey's was the best. Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.
