It is used to allow vets to apply for there disability compensation (less than 50%) to be paid directly to them WITHOUT having it be subtracted from their retirement pay...Let us know what you know, please... This is specifically for CRSC. Your disability must be the result of one of the three things they list on the CRSC site for your service component. I don't know your whole story, 'myroundO' , however, as retired career military, you need to check into CRDP. Berta Posted October 28, 2009 Share Posted October 28, 2009 Military.com site has an excellent explanation of these benefits for retirees as well as a forum devoted to questions regarding CRDP/CRSC: http://www.military.com/benefits/military-...aring-crsc-crdp CRSC is Combat related Special Compensation and CRDP is Concurrent Receipt and Disability Pay.
