Question

I am a 100% SC veteran that was involved in a bicycle / truck accident. Since this accident I have received many hospital bills as I was hospitalized, and receive out-patient follow-ups, etc. Question: Can the VA help pay these bills? I only have Medicare A.

Thank you.

James

James:

Sorry I missed this and thanks Carlie for the bump. I suggest that you discuss this with Fee Service at the VA you go to. Its possible that they can help but I am not sure and you need to be patient and ask for the help.

PS

If you went to ASFM you and I were classmates.

Here is the list. If you are 100 percent P and T then the VA should have to pay under 17.28

If you dont qualify for 17.28 but you do for 17.25 then then The VA only pays if you dont have insurance. Medicare is considered insurance here.
