I was wondering what the percentage is or is it like hearing rated at zero percent unless you are totally deaf. thanks in advance for your help. Here's what I was able to find. In this case, they attach electrodes (like used in an EKG) to each testicle and use very low voltage to stimulate the penis. If no erection, you get the SMC "k" award. The VA does not have Viagra on in their formulary so they RX'd Levitra which is four pills a month. They bring in 3 young chicks and they do lap dances for you. Only kidding No test. They used my private medical records and saw that my Dr. wrote a script for Viagra and that was good enough for them.
