C-file

Question

I previously requested and received a copy of my C-File and I remember it said you can only get one copy. Is it possible to get a copy of the new material since the first request? I have a new 40% rating for Cognitive Order NOS with residual of TBI, but I believe it should be 70% based on the testing results and want to see what, if any, information the rating official reviewed other than the info I submitted.

thanks

It would be worth a shot to ask.

Also, how long did it take for you to receive your C-file?

Yes, it is. Simply request an updated copy, of all of your c-file, since your previous request. I do this every year or two. The same for medical records.
