Gen'l Medical Examination

Question

I filed a claim for TDIU in Nov/09. 2 weeks ago I had a C&P called General Medical Examination given by a nurse practitioner. From her workpapers she asked numerous questions. Some qusetions were incorrectly noted on the progress notes. Should I correct them and make a copy and give it to the VARO to put in my c-file? The other 2 C&P's and my IMO were in my favor.

Should I bother with this C&P since I have 3 positive opinion for my TDIU claim?

Is this the nexus letter you mentioned in a prior post recently?

If the IMO doesnt conform to the criteria here under the IMO forum-the VA will reject it.

GRADUATE ! Nov 2nd 2007 American Military University !

When thousands of Americans faced annihilation in the 1800s Chief

Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was

simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we."

Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.

Did you get a copy of the nurse C&P exam. You need that exam copy to determine how she came down on your claim. Was she doing the exam to determine if you were TDIU. I never had an exam for TDIU. I got a 70% rating and requested TDIU. I sent in letters from two doctors saying I could not work due to SC condition.

I got a copy. The NP used medical evidence and C&P exams in my c-file to support her opinion that am able to work. My private doc is going to write a rebuttal to offset her negative opinion. I don't see how the raters will give her opinion much weight given she is a NP.

Doesn't matter if she is a np the VA trumps dr statements and IMO's for the liars. I know my claim is at BVA...and the VAMC removed the NP for inaccurate documentation and complaints by many veterans.

It is so bogus the VA will do anything to avoid granting claims, a lot of the time!
