Question

now that ischemic heart condition is Agent Orange presumptive what conditions would be

considered secondary to IHD,Example "DM2 can cause heart disease"

Peripheral Neuropathy and peripheral vascular disease could be found secondary to the IHC- even HBP.

I dont see how DMII would be found as secondary to IHD but possibly aggravated by IHD.

DMII does cause IHD.

Berta is correct as usual and I want to add that IHD is a new presumptive.

If you qualify for Service connection for IHD then you would also qualify under the criteria for diabetes as both are AO presumptives. The PN issues will most likely be rated secondary to DMII.
