Congrats,

I read it as 100 percent Permanent.

Is it actually Permanent and TOTAL (P&T).

I hope it is.

Does it state anything about dependents Chapter 35 or No Future Exams?

Be sure to check out your STATE benefits for disabled veterans.

It makes no mention of "No Further Exams", but it does clearly say "100% Totally and Permanently disabled due to your service-connected disabilities"

It also does say under Chapter 35 and I was give hand-outs for other programs that myself, spouse, and children qualify for. I have also been looking into and taking advantage of State programs.
